What is Private Marketplace (PMP)?
A Private Marketplace (PMP) is a digital advertising model where publishers offer their ad inventory through a real-time auction, but with a selective, invite-only approach. Unlike open ad exchanges, a PMP is a private auction in which a publisher invites a select group of advertisers to bid on their inventory. This setup allows for more control over the advertising process, ensuring a premium, secure environment where both publishers and advertisers can engage in transactions that are tailored to their specific needs. By limiting access to only invited advertisers, PMP creates a more exclusive and controlled bidding atmosphere.
