No, you don’t need specialized knowledge to use ASTRAD DSP, but having a basic understanding of digital advertising concepts, programmatic advertising, ad creatives, data analysis, budget management, target audience selection, bidding strategies, and ad compliance can be beneficial. We offer our clients both self-service and managed campaign models, in either case our managers will guide you and advise you to set up or optimize your campaigns. We can also work in a hybrid model to maximize cooperation and success rate!

Payment Terms

Yes we do, the minimum prepayment is $100.

ASTRAD DSP operates on a prepaid model. We offer multiple payment options, including credit cards, wire transfers, and PayPal. You can conveniently add funds to your DSP account via the “Finance” section in your dashboard. Once you’ve deposited a minimum of $100, you can kickstart your ad campaign and start bidding for ad placements.

Our pricing model exclusively operates on CPM (Cost Per Mille), which means you will incur charges for every thousand impressions delivered via our DSP. You can, however, automatically set CPC, CPA, CPV, CPCV, etc. goals, and our optimization algorithms will do the rest to get as close to these goals as possible.

We do not impose a minimum campaign budget. We recognize that some campaigns may necessitate minimum testing budgets.

No! Once your ASTRAD DSP account is approved, you can initiate campaigns and contact your account manager for any queries that may arise during our collaboration.

Refund

To request a refund, you should initiate the process by sending a written request to your account manager’s email.

Once your account manager receives your request, they will initiate the refund process. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 30 (thirty) days of receiving your written request.

Please be aware that no refunds will be issued to demand parties whose accounts are terminated due to the presence of malicious, fraudulent, or inappropriate content. This includes, but is not limited to, actions such as auto-direct links, deceptive advertising, adult content, prohibited products and services, dating content, etc. Such violations may result in the termination of your account for an indefinite period until appropriate advertising material is provided.

Upon receiving your written request, we will complete the refund process within a period of 30 (thirty) days once it’s approved.

We can send your refund to your original payment source or the bank account of your choice (as long as the account is from the same company making the initial payment).

You can request a remaining balance refund within 60 (sixty) days of any funds being added to your account.

If your refund has been approved, it will be processed within 30 days. However, any delays in bank transactions are out of our hands.

If this situation arises, regrettably, a refund will not be possible. We retain the right to keep the remaining balance within your platform account. However, you can utilize this balance for any advertising activity on the platform.
